Meet Rahul Jewaani (RG Sir), Founder of RG Lectures

TL;DR

Rahul Jewaani, known as RG Sir, is our founder and Physics educator. He started RG Lectures in May 2018 to make Physics easier to understand. With a BSc and an MSc in Physics, he teaches concepts in simple Hinglish and takes students from the basics to numerical practice.

Meet Rahul Jewaani (RG Sir), Founder of RG Lectures

Rahul Jewaani, known to students as RG Sir, is our founder and Physics educator. He started RG Lectures in May 2018 to make Physics easier to understand, especially for students who find numericals and derivations difficult.

If you have watched an RG Sir lecture or heard his name from a classmate, this is the teacher behind it. His approach begins with the basics, explains concepts in simple Hinglish and takes students through the reasoning behind numerical problems.

A Background in Physics, a Focus on Teaching

Rahul holds a BSc and an MSc in Physics and has been teaching online since 2018. At RG Lectures, his focus is on helping students connect what a concept means with how to use it in a question.

Knowing a formula is one part of that work. Understanding the quantities in it, recognising when it applies and following a solution are equally important. His teaching brings those parts together, moving from an explanation of the topic to numerical practice.

Why He Started RG Lectures

Our story began with a familiar problem: Physics can feel approachable in everyday life and difficult on an exam paper. Numericals and formula derivations can make a chapter intimidating before a student has had a chance to understand it.

Rahul started RG Lectures to help make that first step easier. Clear explanations and practice remain central to what we do. You can read more about how we began in our story.

From School Physics to Engineering

We create learning resources for Class 11 and Class 12 students, MHT-CET aspirants and first-year engineering students. These include lectures, notes, MCQs, question banks and mock tests.

Your syllabus determines where to begin. If you are preparing for MHT-CET, explore our exam preparation courses. If you are in first-year engineering, choose the course for your university. Our course catalogue has the subjects and resources included in each option.

Watch RG Sir Teach

The best introduction to Rahul's teaching is a lesson. Choose a Physics topic you are studying and watch him work through it on our YouTube channel. Start with the explanation, then try a question yourself before following the solution.
