Fell Behind in Your RG Lectures Batch? Rebuild Physics by Chapter
Use a no-notes question check to choose full lessons, one-shot revision or PYQ-first practice, then restart an MHT-CET Physics backlog chapter by chapter.

In brief
Do not restart every missed lecture. First try representative questions without notes: Karpicke and Roediger’s 2008 retrieval study found repeated testing improved delayed recall in a vocabulary-learning experiment, so use questions to choose a full lesson, a one-shot refresh or targeted practice. Keep the time saved from shorter videos for Physics questions.

Start with one chapter, not the backlog
Do not try to repay a backlog by replaying every missed lecture in order. Choose one delayed chapter and try representative multiple-choice or past-year questions without notes. The result tells you whether your next study block belongs to concept rebuilding, recall refresh or application practice.
A backlog is a list of unfinished videos. A question attempt reveals what needs attention.
Use questions before video time
In Karpicke and Roediger’s 2008 study, repeated testing improved delayed recall in a vocabulary-learning experiment more than repeated studying. The experiment did not measure MHT-CET scores, but it supports a useful discipline: finishing a video is not proof that a chapter is ready.
A broader 2013 review of learning techniques rated practice testing and distributed practice as high-utility methods. Use each question attempt to decide what to study next, rather than using your pending-lecture count as the decision-maker.
Choose a route after evidence
| What the attempt shows | Choose now | Do next |
|---|---|---|
| The chapter is new, the core idea is unclear, or you cannot begin a representative question. | Relevant full lessons | Resume the needed lesson sequence, then return to questions. |
| You can recall the core idea but need a short refresh before practice. | One-shot revision | Watch the revision, then move directly to questions. |
| You can begin questions but lose marks through setup, formula selection or calculation. | Question-first targeted repair | Practise the pattern, label the miss, then watch only the needed lesson segment. |
Classify each miss in plain words: concept, formula selection, setup or calculation. That turns rewatching from a default reaction into a response to an identified problem. For the chapter-level distinction between condensed revision and deeper rebuilding, see one-shots versus full lectures.
One chapter, three next moves
Use the access you already have
If your diagnostic calls for full lessons, use the relevant part of the batch you already own before looking for another course. Our MHT-CET 2027 Long Term Batch costs ₹1,632, is valid until 31 May 2027, covers the full MHT-CET syllabus and Class 11 Physics basics, and provides recordings. Open our official access options.
Full lessons are not the right use of time for a revision-ready chapter. Stop at the lesson segment that fixes the gap your questions exposed, then test the chapter again.
Protect question time in the Physics-Chemistry window
For MHT-CET 2026 PCM, the State Common Entrance Test Cell information brochure set 150 questions in 180 minutes, with Physics and Chemistry together in the first 90 minutes and no negative marking. That is planning context for 2026, not a promise for a later attempt.
A shorter video only helps if the time it saves becomes question practice. Use an official MHT-CET mock-test guide to check the current format before you plan an exam attempt.
End every chapter with a recorded next move
After a question set, write the reason for each miss and choose only one next move: relevant full lesson, one-shot refresh or another question set. Do not run all three routes for the same chapter just because the backlog feels urgent.
Use the MHT-CET PYQ practice library to find chapter practice, and use this Physics PYQ record when you need a consistent way to turn errors into the next study decision.
